NO a/c, no wi-fi, no land line phone, very hot room. We couldn't sleep in such an uncomfortable bed, so we left. Owner will not answer their phone, will not refund a dime, and when we went up the road a couple blocks to a Best Western and told the desk clerk our experience, he said that they hear our story a lot.
This could be an awesome place. Very clean close to a couple of food places. Cozy and quaint. One thing could raise this place up at least two stars--AIR CONDITIONING! The lack of air in the summer makes it so you have to open windows. When we checked in our room the Windows were shut and the room was very stuffy and hot. We prepaid so they knew we were coming and could have opened the Windows and turned on the fan to make the room more comfortable on our arrival. As it was it took a while to cool off the room and with the blinds and door open had no privacy until the room cooled. The added problem of the windows open is the noise from traffic since the lodge is right on the main street. While the air is the major issue the tiny tv and tiny toilet were also downers. For what we got we felt we overpaid. There is no real breakfast. If you come in cool weather, are a small person, don't watch TV and don't eat breakfast, this would be a very nice place to stay!

Never had a bad experience here. It's clean, quiet, and the owner is very friendly.
This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed and it has a really nice atmosphere inside and out. I would recommend to anyone who is likes friendly people and appealing rooms. I have recommended to a couple of friend of mine who travel.
